Felicitating as a Guest in an Enterpreneurial event at HHI, Kolkata
Event was held in Mar, 2020
Shouvik Sarkar has the honour to take part in Let's Start event and a conference where entrepreneurs from India came for a award function. Shouvik was invited to award one of the fellow businessmans as a guest and the moment was captured. Ironically Ashish Basak who is chief editor of Hello Kolkata was the organizer and the anchor in the event.
The event was organized in Hotel Hindustan International in Kolkata and was done around March, 2020 when the COVID pandemic was in early stage. Shouvik had been operating his firm at that moment and on behalf of that he had been invited for the event by Ashish Basak.

Shouvik Sarkar has written a short story "A small initiative matters" in the book ILF 100 te 100 which was published in Jan 2024 at Kolkata Book Fair. Shouvik was felicitated for his story with a memento and certificate at Rabindra Sadan in Jan, 2024 along with other writers and poets.
ILF 100 te 100 is published by ILF (International Literary Foundation) and Padakshep a initiative by Ashish Basak and Rakhi Bannerjee.

For innovation in science and technology Shouvik is awarded in BizOpp event
Shouvik Sarkar has developed Biznet a digital networking platform alongside many other applications and platforms. For these he was nominated and awarded at BizOpp Awards and Expo. The award was presented by actress and entrepreneur Neelam Kothari in Hotel Eros, New Delhi who was the chief guest for the event.
Neelam Kothari is mainly known for her many films in 1990s, recent series The Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives and also has a jewelery brand. The event was organized on 29 Mar 2025. BizOpp Awards and Expo is an platform which helds such events and identify various people from different places and backgrounds to award them for their acomplishments.

This was due to his working as a founder in past along with his presently developed apps mainly Biznet - a networking platform and his motivation to form a new business upfront. He was presented as a "Leader and Innovator in Tech and Networking" in the magazine copy.

Shouvik Sarkar has attended Woodenscale Ventures Startup event in July 2025. This event was about basics of getting funded and the best approach to follow to have better chances of getting funded. Speakers in the event were Mamata Kumari - Woodenscale, Anshita Mehrotra - Fix My Curls and Rishab Jain - Mr Makhana. Anshita Mehrotra, founder of Fix My Curls along with her mother Shaily Mehrotra, founder of FixDerma holds a multi billion company.

Shouvik Sarkar has been the editor and publisher of Enroute magazine November 2024 edition which is ironically the first edition of the magazine too. The magazine features various emerging persons and their content from the site Enroute. This was published by Lulu Press Inc and has many interesting articles of prominent emerging personalities.

Shouvik Sarkar has been the author of multiple books. 365 Days Of Survival is the first book he has written. This is a short story book published by him in 2019. The story is of a troop and specially two guys who survived a flight crash in Alaska and struggled for survival for whole one year after which returns back to USA.

Attended the India AI Impact Expo 2026, New Delhi

India AI Impact Expo 2026 in Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi was first of its occurrence in India and also in global south. Major political and industry leaders present were Narendra Modi, Emanuel Macron, Lula da Silva, Sundar Pichai, Sam Altman, Dario Amidei, Mukesh Ambani, Antonio Gutirres etc
Shouvik was present on 20th Feb 2026 and had attended sessions from Antonio Gutirres - Secretary General of United Nations, Brad Smith - President of Microsoft, Nandan Nilekani - Chairperson of Infosys, A Revanth Reddy - CM of Telangana along with sessions from the Brazilian ministry and many other global leaders and experts. Also to be present in the sessions were Lula da Silva - President of Brazil, Dario Amidei - CEO of Anthropic but could not be present for some reason. Most of the talks were related to growth and impact of AI on present and future of technology. Shouvik had attended these good sessions shared from the experiences of these global leaders. Besides he also checked the expo which showcases some of the trending AI techs by Meta, Google etc. Overall the session was quite meaningful and impactful for him and other delegates.
