Shouvik Sarkar had owned and also founded The SARK Technologies in 2019, his first and yet only organization that was run by him. Though the visions has not paid off for one reason or other and was eventually closed in 2020, a new organization is always in mind to make his visions into reality.

With the aim to develop some innovative top quality products along with working for clients the firm started though with very low start up capital. The firm worked on some client projects and tried to deliver some products eventually failed due to shortage of money leading to lesser possibility of marketing, hiring and also due to some other factors eventually got closed in 2020. The firm was headquartered in Pune, India was also among the firms to have faced the COVID - 19 crisis in its early stage eventually leading to its downfall.
